Refund policy

Legacy State stands behind every piece we make. This policy applies for 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

 

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as ordered, we will make it right at no cost to you. Email legacystateus@proton.me within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement. No return shipment is required.

 

Exchanges

Every piece is made to order, so we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. If you need a different size, we accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility.

 

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be accepted.
